Grady Campbell Incorporated (GCI), a Chicago-based strategic branding and marketing agency focused on Private Equity firms, Asset Managers, Venture Capitalists, and Investment Banks in the middle market, has agreed to acquire Bauer Rock Media Group (BRMG), a publishing network with more than 40,000 subscribers along with its publications, including M&A Chicago, Dealmaker South and SBIC Weekly.
With this acquisition, Grady Campbell launches GCI Publishing. Together, Grady Campbell and GCI Publishing will fill a critical void in the middle market, which is seeing unprecedented growth, but lacks the strategic branding and marketing resources necessary for individual businesses to differentiate and connect with buyers, sellers and constituents. GCI Publishing’s mission is to connect Private Equity, Investment Banks, Venture Capitalists, Asset Managers, and Intermediaries within the M&A Middle Market, and to help subscribers drive deal flow and promote their firms, interests and opportunities. GCI Publishing content will focus on people, news and opportunities within the Private Equity, M&A, Buyouts and SBIC sectors and will build on BRMG’s record of success.
