Ella Dubey is a graphic designer with a rather non-linear path to design. She grew up playing national-level soccer in India and began her undergraduate journey studying psychology at Emory University before transferring to the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, where she earned her BFA in Visual Communication Design.

This varied background shapes how Ella approaches every creative challenge- with a blend of rigor with intuition, strategy with emotion, and precision with play. She is comfortable designing across digital, print, and spatial formats. Her most recent internship at Golin Chicago gave her hands-on experience working across pitches, campaigns, and brand activations, designing presentations, digital and print collateral, and creative comps for brands including McDonald’s, Allstate, Discover, and Grubhub.
