One On One is a Chicago-based community organization comprised of professionals, donors, and partners whose mission is to affirm the dignity and self-reliance of underserved individuals and their families through meaningful employment. Grady Campbell worked with One One One leadership to establish its brand and marketing strategy. The results included a new name (One On One), brand identity, brand story and content, website, collateral, merchandise, and event displays and promotions.
