Wally Ibrahim focuses on building and applying artificial intelligence in practical, production settings. His work centers on AI agents, multi-agent coordination, and large language model–based systems, with an emphasis on using these technologies thoughtfully within real creative and business constraints.
Wally brings a systems-oriented perspective shaped by years of designing and operating complex software platforms. This allows him to translate emerging AI capabilities into real-world applications, balancing experimentation with reliability, clarity, and long-term sustainability.
With more than two decades of experience building and leading SaaS platforms, Wally works at the intersection of strategy, design, and engineering. His approach ensures that AI initiatives are not treated as novelty, but as durable tools that meaningfully support how organizations create, communicate, and scale.
Wally specializes in platform architecture and APIs (Application Programming Interface). As a two-time founding CTO and solutions engineering leader, he specialized in architecting cloud-native platforms, identity and security frameworks, and enterprise integrations. Wally has pioneered AI-driven innovations including automated API mapping using machine learning, intelligent product categorization for marketplaces, and exploratory anomaly detection. He is passionate about translating complex technical architectures into business value and advising enterprises on modern digital transformation.
Prior to joining the Grady Campbell team, Wally worked as a solutions engineer at ATG, before becoming the principal sales consultant at Oracle. In 2014, he co-founded Project44, the standard for web-services communication in the freight industry. After a $420 million equity funding boost, Project 44’s value was $2.2. billion.
